And for main course, we have Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Spring Vegetables and Red Wine Sauce.  
 
Our Wines of the month are Smith Cullam, Riesling, Frankland, 2008 andLL Château Corton Grancey, Grand Cru, 2008 recommends by our Wine Captain.
 
A ‘must try’ dessert is Classic Crèpes Suzette, flambé with Grand Marnier and served with Vanilla Ice Cream, perfect to enjoy with a cup of JJ Royal coffee.
